This is what pennystockchaser.com (who was advertising for SOCI) told me today about SOCI's situation:

SOCI does seem to have vanished. We have not yet heard what is going on with this stock. As they have not made an announcemet I would hope this is a short term thing. For more information I would contact the company directly.
