Because none of the project are generating revenue right now. That is why people were so fired up about getting contracts at one point.

The market needs to see revenue generation to accurately reflect a value. BELIEF in what a company is capable of is one thing. Factual revenue being generated by said company is another. The market cares more about the OTHER than potential at this point. Hyping and promo can be done on potential, but at some point delivery is necessary.

Unfortunately, in the pinks, that period of hype and promo doesn't hold very long before momentum dries up. Then you need delivery to keep it going.
