Thanks for posting the email Emerald.

What scares me as a COR investor more and more, is that it's becoming clear that Cortex is willing to continue to dilute on horrendous terms to keep the company operating.

I'd consider the mgmt and board to be derelict in their responsibilities if they aren't carefully weighing the heavy cost and toll of this massive dilution against the risks of future clinical success.

It's pretty difficult to see where it would ever make financial sense (to COR investors anyway) to dilute another 50M shares to hang around 6 more months so a $5M deal can be finalized.
