No I don't think the car lease is right but it is what it is. When this was set up the pps was not dropping and they couldn't have foreseen the fact that the economy would collapse worldwide. I believe that Clint and the management team has seen that many shareholders are upset at the leasing agreement. We can only hope that they will act on this when the current lease agreement runs out.

You bet! Only a real scam company would have signed agreements with Major League Baseball! Real scammers like EI would have signed agreements with AKC, CFA, Precious Moments, Collegiate Licensing Company just to throw investors off the trail.

Finally I knew that this was a scam when the company said that they were going to uplist to the Bulletin Board and become a fully reporting company and they went ahead and did just that. That is the first sign of scam isn't it?

In all seriousness if someone puts in some time doing DUE DILLEGENCE they will have a very hard time proving that this company is a scam. A scam is something that is not set up from the begining with a hope of succeeding and this is not what I see from Eternal Image! I believe that the company was intended to be successful from the very begining and that Clint and management are working very hard to reach that goal.
If this really is a scam I would hope that you would work tirelessly to expose the scam and alert everyone.
