Keep in mind that Ken ownes a very large portion of the shares in SDVI and has publicly stated this many times. I wouldn't be suprised if he owned 60% of the shares. I am almost certain that he ownes at least 40%. This significantly reduces the float and could be another reason why such little volume is making this rise really fast.
