Well, let's put this into perspective, and although I admire your determinations of what constitutes a material fact, stated as if you knew something about securities laws, I will give you some advice which may help you in your analysis of publicly traded companies.

Let us assume that the article in PC World is not a figment of PC World's imagination and since they are known and have been in business for 20 years, I think that is a safe assumption.

I mean we know the real name and where to send the summons and complaint if we needed to.

And, Kircos, as an employee of intel, understands securities laws, and, if he is a spokesperson, has be given training by intel on the subject and had some if not all of his words reviewed by the intel legal department who is under the penalty of securities laws.

Now, who should be believe? Him, or some anonymous intel hating sockpuppet with a false name and a hidden identity who has no experience whatsoever in corporate disclosure laws, very little technical background, no understanding of business strategy and is not privy to the technical details of intel's production costs or their market analysis?

But I mean that in the nicest possible way. One must be able to evaluate objectively and not simply cut and paste, don't you agree?
