My thoughts. And any thoughts on mine are more than welcome...
I dont believe this place to be a scam. YES indeed it was pump and dumped in the past (I jumped in at .77 on that day it swelled to 1.05 and still hold all the shares I bought) and has been under the scrutiny of loads of speculators saying that its too good to be true and all the other negative comments including that the place is owned by "known criminals" and such. However... isnt that to be expected? Whenever a "good" idea is conceived and acted upon there is loads of non-believers. Check out some of the best inventions that took off. (Or the most moronic such as "The Pet Rock") And all that negativity does is make the climb upward all that more difficult, BUT... if indeed the climb is made, it is solidified by the difficult and trying journey and is normally more fruitful in the end regardless.
By the stock price being so low by bashers, negativity, penny traders panicking and jumping ship and such, all that does is give a chance to the REAL long term investors to solidify a more monetary gain in the long run by being able to acquire shares at such a low price.
If indeed this is the only attraction in the area it WILL crush any other places in the surrounding area and as CGAQ expands and opens new places the revenue and perceived value will simply increase. Opening a place in the middle of a vacation spot that offers something that the surrounding area cannot is absolute genius and the original idea behind creating a legalized monopoly here is the US. By not having another place to compete with and making sure that whatever product/service you are offering is of quality there shouldnt be a reason, despite short term negativity of perceived value, that this stock shouldnt boom in a relatively short time.
Even if there are very few believers, if this company is able to report a fantastic first quarter, if nothing else there is a high probability it will reattract the penny/day traders and pump and dumpers but by that time the value will be astronomical compared with what it is currently trading at and once THEY jump in the price will soar higher. And THAT is the time for us, the long term investors who weathered the storm and held on, to let those others make a wave to drive the stock even higher in a short run and then WE jump out and let it crash on THEM! :)
