It has now come down to a gunfight at the OK Corral. Do they want possible jail time and penalties or to face facts they are being flushed out. Does the shorting entity really want the SEC to investigate their bogus trades and uncover their scheme, or face the reality that the gig is up and cover. Hmmmmm.
