Nicely put GamblerNC. Many here are giving JD grief for failing to meet expectations or for sitting on the bad news. Heck, it's like they've forgotten we're just coming out of a major recession that almost destroyed our total economy. Lets give JD some credit. He's kept this company profitable through the recession, and will continue to make it strong throughout 2010. I'm sticking with him. If he could produce a profit during the recession, he'll do wonders as we come out of it and home building returns to normal.
