I can tell you what his reason probably is. This hit 0.005 and couldn't pass it with half as many outstanding shares. To make it to a penny this company is going to have to prove it can start making some real money. Until then its just a share selling hype machine. Kinda like IGNT. If I didn't have hope I wouldn't own shares.
