no 10-K is the same as pleading the 5th in this case......(releasing the 10-K puts their lies on the record, IMO).....

PS: those who say there will be a 10-K soon, or the SEC has the 10-K (LOL!), etc are just playing people for time......they don't care if they will eventually also be proven to be full as BS, by then they will be "gone".......
