longdong, is that new signing by CEO's a new fact or has the market known it for quite some time? If the market has known about it, it will discount it, people close to the "offending" companies, know exactly the extent of the offense, thus, in principle it should be priced in, maybe that more sever drop (more sever than I expected before this "news" was in the market) is that discounting of the August 14th event?
