Actually, A while Back there used to be an investor board at the Phat Yaffle site & management did make a comment about Nite. Something along the lines they knew what Nite was doing, but that there wasn't much they could do legally but to insure that they were profitable & I think they had discussed a possible buy back or dividend to counter Nite's action.
But this was some time ago & because it turned into a basher forum, like google, they shut it down & I can find the post.
