Good or Bad?

I tried to open "http://www.sosuabaygrandcasino.com/" and it showed a message that Bandwidth Limit Exceeded. There seems to be a lot of traffic who are trying to find out more about the casino hopefully these are potential investors..

on the flip side a 20 million company's website could not handle the traffic.. are you kidding me?
