Did somebody mention theory???

How about this:

SEO's pricetag was higher than the mother country would go without knowing "for sure".

They agreed (whilst JCG waited to signoff) to Ruby's range (noting again I think his upper end is a mite low) all dependent on what they found in the blocks...2,3 and 4.

So far they are liking what they are seeing....i.e.....hydrocarbons in both 2 and 4. I fully expect to hear the same in 3 very shortly.

They agreed to cease any/all solicitation and and agreed that any PR's would require approval of both parties (read Addax's circular) specifically 3.1 and 5.1:

The excitment will be big following the conclusion of 3. The sweat and lengthy period of investment here will soon become a positive.......as our BOD recommends the final numbers to shareholders.

It will then become apparent that the entire growth strategy scheme was just that.....a big bluff.

It will then become apparent that the co's near silence during what should be its most exciting events as a company and the childish PR's of recent was to stave off new money coming in for the grand purpose of keeping it in check.

It will then become apparent that our recent ammended filings weren't because the SEC was running through our books and saw disclosure issues (how any shareholders actually believed this cockamaniac BS is beyond me) but rather attorneys making certain the i's were dotted and the t's crossed.

It will soon become apparent why the co couldn't be direct with their information regarding a shareholder meeting.

It will soon become apparent why Feltang hasn't been paid off yet.

All the above is simply IMHO. Either the fat lady is singing or I've aged so much I'm now hearing things......

The assets have kept me in. The managment has kept me busy. Its a shame that the ERHC family couldn't have been more sharing with one another during this long drawn out duration.

The treestand is calling. I look forward to watching the slow process of the coloring and thickening of the forest carpet as mother nature does her thing.
