return 50%, do a 1:5 R/S which would bring shares to 168mil...

$15mil 2010 or more...Where would pps go to?...20% profit

1mil shares x .03 (w/10 mult) = $30,000 (current)


1mil / 5 = 200k
200k x .18 (w/10 mult) = $35,714

not much of a difference, but shows that even a small R/S could be good in the LONG run.....Company has higher pps to sell some treasury to get uplist money faster...JMO
