In one of my earlier posts a week ago or so I had a link to an article about the trading on that new exchange in China. I do not believe WAVL/CNDC is going to be there, at least not yet. And Yes, I do really think it is possible given the current share structure and shares held by insiders.. And from DD gained from their website, it does appear they mean business! :)
