Patience is a virtue when it comes to waiting for that permit HLH. However given the issues and lack of information from Laidlaw to date as to how they plan to address those issues, I have serious reservations we will ever see an application given the cost to file one. But should we see one it will be interesting to see how Berlin Laidlaw plans to address the serious issues. That may be their biggest accomplishment to date.
