Doubleaa.....I'm thinking the Samba (dance....btw... originated in Africa) will be done without us.

I doubt Sinopec has a desire to give up ANY of what they just accumulated based on early reports of finding hydrocarbons in both 2 and 4 (hoping early reports of Kina being a significant find plays out).

That said, Sinopec still needs to bring in a "capable" player to develop the field(s)........so they may act on the lil ole minnow and farm out to Petrobras.

The Lemba prospect should be at TD now. I suspect things are about to become very interesting for our minnow. Ruby's range is likely focused on the upper end (and I think his upper end might be a tad low).

Sao Tome has been forecasting their auction for their EEZ every year since 2006. I sincerely doubt they would have any issue whatsoever in a Sinopec/Petrobras/Chevron (Sonangol?) consortium going forward. In fact, I'm betting they can't ink their approval for same quick enough.

P.S. Its easy to understand why everything is run through attorneys. Major conflict of interests ongoing......re.....regulations vs material events.
