You are correct that the original SUEZ products on the whitepapers were never developed or launched. The 2 DLD products released for sell now are essentially add-ons to the original plan.
On the other hand, the Exobox SECURE Suite (F.K.A SUEZ) is the new name. Yes, products were announced to be developed, marketed & released that was listed as part of the original SUEZ technology on whitepapers. All the below FKA were listed on the SUEZ white papers.
The Exobox SECURE™ Suite Solutions will contain the following planned products:
* Exobox DLP (f.k.a. IP Tracking Module)
* Exobox Confidential Data Discovery & Identification
* Exobox Data Audit & Reporting (f.k.a. Policy Enforcement)
* Exobox Data Access & Change Control (part of Policy Enforcement)
* Exobox Data Retention & Recovery (f.k.a. Disaster Recovery Module)
* The Exobox Desktop Mobility (f.k.a. Data Stick) will be an expansion component function of the SECURE™ Suite.
I really have no clue why everyone keeps bringing up the AV product, as nothing has ever been mentioned about it. We can go back to Dillion's excuse that there are over handful of AV Solution providers out there (over 70 companies) for the delay of the product. They wanted to launch products that no Security Company on the market has - Data Leak Detection. It seems the AV product is dead.
The real million dollar question is if they can bring Ted Ernest back. If not, it's pretty much done. Who gives a hoot whose on the Management Team or Sales Team. We need the coders back!!
Also.. it is my theory that Exobox was already negotiating with the O&G Company a while back, as on 7/30's PR stated Management would return 60 million shares on completion of funding. Last week they announce 150 million shares to be returned? HM... IMO the curtailing of operations was very well planned & I feel sorry for the Longs that sold.
Who knows.. the O&G could very well be one of the companies that beta-tested the 2 products & felt confident about venturing into the Security Product Solution. Something still doesn't add up. As long as they're operating & bring back Ted Ernest, I can care less. I'm still curious as to how this will un-fold. The interest from their Channel Partners brings interest. If not, why waste time, money & energy on a worthless product?
