CPD is a genuine threat to Laidlaw in Berlin IMO. That is something that investors must be made aware of. They have all their permits and that is a threat to Laidlaw because they can now get their purchase agreement in place and since they are ahead of Laidlaw in the queue that could spell the end for Laidlaw in Berlin.
