I only mention CPD as it relates to Laidlaw in Berlin. It is important that Laidlaw investors understand there are many major obstacles that can prevent Laidlaw from operating in Berlin. Including the fact that a competitor could potentially derail Laidlaws efforts to operate in Berlin. To dismiss this and prevent investors from knowing that potential exists is misleading.
