I didn't say anything the other day but, Tuesday/Wednesday when I posted what I thought, I had just spoken to Adam Engel on the phone and asked him about the 1 bil to 5 bil AS raise. He was very adamant about NOT issuing the shares. Take it for what it's worth. He is NOT going to dilute unless the pieces of his plan start to fall apart and money is needed. The capital that would have to be raised would still be a part of the plan that IS in motion and that's to get this bulb selling to consumers in several parts of the world including the USA. Always IMHO, GLTA
