I'm just catching up on this board, so allow me to clarify my stance on the issue.
There is no official rule or place in the TOU that deals with people from the same house using/having different accounts. So don't bother digging through there trying to throw a rule in my face. It's sort of something I just go with based on my all-knowing gut. If you watch enough people with multiple accounts, you'll know exactly when someone is using multiple accounts. And I'll pull the trigger based on nothing more than patterns and a quick rub of the gut. That's how good I feel about it.
I'm not giving out your biggest "no-no" you did, but coming in at second place as a dead-giveaway was that both you and your "wife" were both pushing the same garbage OTC stock. Sure, like your wife is really going to get on a site, register an account, and immediately start talking about the same stock you own a bajillion shares of. Yeah, okay, dude.
As far as people in the same house using multiple accounts, if they truly are, they will know exactly how to properly structure it. I know this is true, because the couples that have, so far, all take the same road to make sure it's legit.
I just read a post a few seconds ago, that said something to the tune of, "this kind of stuff really belongs on RB." Amen!
Now, get off you racial, sexual, free speech trip and let me know which account it is you wish to continue using.
