The involvement of the DOJ does not make it a slam dunk that the company will be convicted of anything. They might. Then again they might not. I have been in companies who were the target of an investigation and nothing has happened three years later. I am sure there are cases to the contrary as well. As long as they are also investigating the nefarious elements who have stopped at nothing to smear the company then I am fine with it.
