IMO BSTI needs a good manager above all else. If she is a good acquaintance of TM's, then maybe he'll listen to her.
There's a lot of networking in large companies and her national and international contacts could well be much more significant for BSTI's product line than may appear on the surface. I think she could be a great asset.
I wonder how many stock options were promised to her, 1, 2, 3 mil? It doesn't matter much if she can turn this baby around.
