A what if scenario

I was just in some deep thought about this cash cow and up came this possible plan that maybe going on behind the scenes. Now this is just my throwing out an idea it is in no way to insinuate this is happening. "What if" the release of the Dazer has already started in targeted areas BUT in order to gather accurate data, by not alerting the bad guy's, they have held back on any PR's until all the data has been crunched. Just something to spark the imagination and get the mind off other things
