it is $3 for amex. They aren't going to Amex. I"ve uplisted several companies to AMEX and it was a mistake. EGMI will go nasdaq either on its own or by reverse. My guess is if this stock isn't at $3 or higher by year end they will contemplate a 1:2 reverse.
