rdwild: Maybe they sell a lot in other parts of the world. Maybe they don't. The existence of the foreign distributors has never been proved. SPNG supplied bogus contact information. The SEC has probably subpoenaed the records and documentation from SPNG to prove their claims.

PS... in Florida they wash their cars 12 mo0nths of the year. So why are they not stocked in Florida? Very strange, isn't it?
