I am just guessing the PPS of OWVI will need to improve for each and every step of progress,

1) After BIN Approval from FDIC ... PPS should be anywhere between half penny to penny

2) After announcing the Bank name -- PPS should be above penny

3) After releasing the terms & conditions -- we should see two penny's

4) Once they released the card somewhere in Dec & Jan, then we may see the PPS somewhere around 3 to 5 penny's

5) After the first quarter of 2010, based on results of OWVI cards -- No estimate.... But I am guessing somewhere between 25 to 50 cents.

6) If they move to OTC BB before first quarter then we will see much better than the above PPS

7) If we see good results in Mexico green project and other contracts then we can expect better PPS,

any thoughts?
