NCI Building Systems Rating Raised To 'B+' From 'SD'; Stable Outlook We have completed our review of Houston-based metal building components manufacturer NCI Building Systems Inc.'s new capital structure following the completion of its recapitalization plan. We are raising our corporate credit rating on the company to 'B+' from 'SD' (selective default) because of significantly lower debt levels and interest expense. The stable rating outlook reflects our belief that the company's EBITDA has stabilized and its balance sheet cash and available revolver capacity should provide sufficient liquidity to weather the downturn in commercial construction. NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Oct. 22, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today raised its corporate credit rating on Houston-based metal building components manufacturer NCI Building Systems Inc. to 'B+' from 'SD' (selective default).
