hurley, there was a vast expectation - from our engagement with the Senate Finance Committee office & Kyle Burns, from Megas's Oct. 6th PR, etc - that if Megas would just FILE all late SEC filings, then we MIGHT get to trade (if DTCC followed thru on their word), and I , after speaking with 2 BCIT-relevant law firms this week, am saying that NO FILINGS are being worked on currently. (unless there is a DIFFERENT entity currently working on the SEC filings). I want to see justice done for us BCIT shareholders. I am trying to determine what is being done to get us trading, given the Oct 6 PR and the last official communique from Kyle Burns' SFC office.
