I must apologize for one thing contained in my post. I did not scour the notes on the Form 3 like I should have. It clealry states...

"Represents shares owned by RM Enterprises International Inc., an affiliate of the Issuer. Mr. Metter holds an indirect ownership interest in, and formerly served as an officer and director of, RM Enterprises International, Inc."

This tells us there are even more retired than we thought. Looks like things are falling right into place and would guess we see our "other friends" on here all night tonight.

To actual shareholders, take solace in the fact you can get a good night's sleep knowing SPNG continues to tie up all loose ends inevitable leading to the filing we have all been waiting for.
