doesn't mean they weren't required to file in a timely manner previously, no matter what the status now.....when that PR came out, form 4s should have soon followed......for an insider to not do so implies PERSONAL liability, not just cooperate, right????

(assuming the "Co" was telling the truth, but that also puts insiders in a catch-22 position if they knew the PR was a lie)....

all IMO, as always....
