i don't know how you could come up with such a notion. what would be the justification of such a move by a judge? pure insanity? lol

the whole point of these shares is to provide protected ownership of the company. i could see commons not getting paid if there wasn't enough cash to do it, but for the C/Ts and preferreds to be "frozen" as you said is way out in left field. jmho.
