This is my opinion respect R/S

If there is one coming it will be after all good news come and the PPS is in pennyland!

I think that
1. 10:1 --> O/S=250 Mil. or
2. 15:1 --> O/S=166 Mil.

and A/S=500 Mil

are Ok and reasonable. If Revenues are coming
Dilution will be minor or Big Players will buy shrs.
