Here comes some Suggestions:

1. Press Releases should be broadcasted at 8:30 AM EASTERN TIME

2. Reverse Split is a bad word in Pinky Land
If you need to address it , do it when PPS is at Penny levels.

3. When possible,Try to be specific in your Press Releases Like Companies dealing with you or Figures that can be calculated to establish Market Capitalization.
