Looks like you are right.

Market Makers started to enter in the range of 30's only and they put it low and got lot of stocks and they want to make it up until 60 again. It happens only when we see some PR.

I am hoping the next thing would be the update of BIN number for the sponsor bank. With this news, MM can take this until 60 per share for sure.
