It certainly does look as if someone thinks news is coming.

You should also look at this from Smithline's point of view. What is his most assured method of getting his money back? It is not waiting for the public offering that may or may not fly. If Smithline sold into both rises last month, he could have gotten back about $300,000 and since then another $100 to $200,000. Today alone, he could get back at least another $150,000. If you add all those up, he probably has cashed out about $700,000 from the notes. That would bring the debt down to about $1.4 million. If Moro is not delivering the shares to him, then fines just add on the the balance.
