This is the great lesson I have learned from this investment.
When the majority of the stock is held by insiders who can live quite comfortably on outside sources of income (ie Torsen royalties), then the company becomes more like a hobby.
They'll run it they way they see fit, thank you very much!
Performance measures, timelines and reasonable investment expectations of outside shareholders don't really matter.
And if the work doesn't get done, they'll just pass the project along to the next generation.
Meanwhile, as mis-management drives the share price into pocket change, investors and particularly long-term investors get trapped: wait it out perhaps for decades OR take the big hit and sell with your 80%+ loss.
Lesson learned.
