Yes I am new to Ihub but I have been in my line of business for 17 years now. Not trying to sway anyone, just stating my experience with them. They don't owe a lot but I will be relieved when I get paid since they are not generating any revenue. Winter is setting in fast and any leaps and bounds in development are over until next spring again.

They may not be operating but they are still operating equipment for preliminary and clean-up, etc. and need parts and service for that reason. They have a lot of prep work to do (environmental etc.) before they can mine.

I still think this company will be a great investment for longs. I encourage everyone to hold until something happens because gold definitely has a bright future. I just don't know how long one has to hold for CGFIA to give a return. I thought something would happen by now. If they don't sell to someone else they could have a very profitable venture in the future. However, there are a lot of environmental issues and mandates to abide by in Southern CO. Operating there will be like walking on eggshells. IMO
