I had found that info when the PR came out.. and found the samething with the dead link... and with a search of the phone numbers it basicly took me back to the same place. and a Linkedin type site.. Also what did not make sense to me was, a company that says it has 50-99 employees, founded in 1997 the only two places you can find their phone number is those 2 sites????

Just did some DD on www.ifitalia.it.. these guys don't look the infamous financing..
They are a factoring company.. not a finance company. IPWG has no receivables to sell nor has any money to buy!!
