R, you clearly stated, "We know there are outstanding lawsuits and obligations against the company (Gordon, Cornell)..."

...and NOW you acknowledge already knowing the outcome of the case with Allison, and little concern about Cornell (of which there IS no case).

Why did you use them as instances, in the first place?
