It is hard to believe, but I'm convinced it's out there to a certain extent. It's impossible to know how pervasive or abusive it really is.

if you haven't already check this out, especially the section titled "Anatomy of a Short." Near the bottom. It's unreal. It lays out the current situation to a tee. Could be a coincidence
