Lets be honest.

Spongetech can not get out of the sights of the SEC until they get past the "main customers" of 2009. If they can not prove these customers exist then they have problems regardless of Sears, K-Mart, WalMart, Walgreens, or any other.

I believe that the executives may also have a problem with possible forged documents.

Nobody is denying that there are sales out there, the question is, what are they and what are the number of shares sold by the executives to acquire those sales.
