And I cannot imagine DFSH would bother to let the cat out of the bag about the refiners unless they were close to finalizing a deal (or deals).
Let's say DFSH is able to broker a single transaction between Iraq and one of their refiners. That would yield millions of dollars to the company. Maybe $50M. Maybe more.
$50M in revenue for a company with a float of 32M is like $1.50+ per share. Put a PE on the earnings of 5, and this stock should trade at $7.50.
Today DFSH closed at 24 cents. Are you kidding me?
