FWIW I was not trying to uncover a conspiracy theory only stating a fact that the PR release dates seemed to fall real close to releasing the shares.

Share holder meetings and CC's are basicly Pep rallies. Yes they are public but, many things are not disclosed. How about filing the Late 10-Q, now that would be public. The period ended 3/30/09 we are now close to 7 months later. It really should not be that hard since they have no real income except selling stock...

Yes it may be a little counterproductive to post info, thoughts etc on something I am trying to get out of. But I believe ignoring the facts and sticking your head in the sand is even more counterproductive..
