While I do not know where ex-director Alison stands, in regards to 'lawsuits and obligations', Cornell is history and any assertion otherwise is fallacy.

How do I value the company?

By the same standards anyone else might value the FDA approved LTC 'products' that even EU and RU have given a green light to, for marketing in their own respective countries.
