JTF, though none of us like the idea of them going private it is a cold harsh reality that it can very well happen.....and most share holders will lose a lot if this happens....including me and you.
If the company merges with or sells the company’s assets to another company they could do this at a set price.....market value....market + 10%, market + 20%....whatever....that is up to the board.....not us.
Yes, they are share holders to.....but they will still own shares after it is all said and done, they will be one of the 300 share holders left holding shares.....but now the shares will be in a private company.....and of course....those are never traded on the open market.

Example: WUCC (MD Copper Corp....whatever) puts in a bid to buy all of CPRK for a set price of .01 per share....if the board excepts that....thats what the share holders get....share holders have NO say.

Or of course....they can always get the share holder count down by way of R/S.

I doubt the PPS will move much in favor of the investors upon this deal.
