THOUGHTS RE: UCAD SPLIT

Yes, it gives the shorts more of a headache if the stock keeps surging, but let's get to the real reason.

Why do you do a forward split if you're a small otcbb company with a tight float and the forward split right now would still leave you at less than $5?

1. You expect significant steps forward in the very near future.
2. You need to increase liquidity.

Why do you need to increase liquidity?

1. So that larger funds/institutions will be more comfortable buying your stock.
2. When you move to a higher exchange, greater liquidity is helpful.

It really is that simple.

Hopefully nobody in here is investing anything but "fun" money that they can afford to gamble with.
